Your dessert product can to be extruded from your machine directly into the mold or into a pouring pitcher in a semi frozen state. This consistency will assure that all detail is captured within the mold. We have found that using a pitcher to pour the product into the mold works extremely well.

Freezing time varies depending on the size of the mold and the low temperature and air circulation of your freezer. Typically a small mold will freeze in as little as 2 hours.
